The TRC5000 POD C172G flight simulator is an exact replica of the interior of a Cessna 172. All dimensions and measurements are identical to those of the real aircraft, making it not only an effective training tool, but also one of the most cost-effective procedure training aids available.
The TRC5000 POD C172G is a full-scale replica of a Cessna 172NG, complete with real replicated instruments, rather than projected images behind a panel with holes. Even the TRC1000 units operate just like the real Garmin G1000. It is almost impossible to distinguish between the interior of a real Cessna 172 and that of the TRC5000 POD C172G fully enclosed flight simulator. When entering the TRC5000 POD C172G flight simulator, students will experience a true-to-life aircraft environment with all instruments, knobs, and controls in the same location as they would be in the actual aircraft, rather than a generic cockpit with a panel that does not resemble a real plane. The resemblance between the real aircraft and the TRC5000 POD C172G is so striking, it is difficult to tell the difference between the two. The TRC5000 POD C172G flight simulator is equipped with a state-of-the-art instructor station, featuring a 24-inch touch screen display at the entrance of the system. This instructor station makes it extremely easy for the instructor to control the simulation's environment, change the weather, reposition the student's aircraft, and trigger malfunctions in real-time as the simulation is running. The instructor station provides professional-quality tools for monitoring, instruction, and analysis, including the ability to record the current flight, making it easy for the instructor to review the flight with the student and discuss areas of improvement. The instructor station also includes 2 monitors, providing full control of the TRC5000 POD C172G fully enclosed flight simulator. The instructor can control the aircraft, the weather, the position of the aircraft, engine failures and much more. Additionally, our instructor software, included in the package, allows for tracking the progress of students. At the entrance of the system, an IOS Touch Control panel is available for controlling all parts and functions of the system, without the need to leave the pilot seat. |
Compact 270 degree visual system

The TRC5000 POD C172G's 270-degree video wall visual system creates an almost three-dimensional, immersive view that makes you feel as though the device is on a motion platform. The system comprises seven Full HD 55-inch professional DLED IPS video wall screens that are connected together with an ultra-narrow bezel of 3 millimeters. These screens are specially designed for 24/7 use and have a typical panel lifetime of at least 60,000 hours. The response time of these screens is 12 ms, resulting in no delay in the visual and flight experience. Despite the inclusion of a 270-degree visual system, the TRC5000 POD C172G remains compact in its setup. |
