Fixed Base Cessna 172 Analog Flight Simulator
|
The TRC4000 CABIN C172A flight simulator is an exact replica of the interior of a Cessna 172. All internal measurements are identical to those found in a real Cessna 172, making it not only an exceptional training device, but also the premier procedure training aid available.
This full-scale simulator boasts realistic replicated instruments, rather than projected instruments behind a panel with mere holes. The radio stack units even mimic the functionality of the real Bendix King Silver Crown line. The similarity between the interior of a real Cessna 172 and the interior of the TRC4000 CABIN C172A fixed base flight simulator is so convincing that it is difficult to tell the difference between the two. When entering the TRC4000 CABIN C172A flight simulator, the student will feel as if they are stepping into an actual aircraft, with all instruments, knobs, and controls in their expected locations. This is a marked contrast to generic cockpits with panels that do not resemble real planes. The TRC4000 CABIN C172A flight simulator utilizes real instruments that behave and can be controlled just like in a real aircraft, rather than relying on LCD screens to project instruments behind holes in a panel. This approach ensures that the student is learning to operate an aircraft, rather than a flight simulator. |
Instructor Station
The optional instructor station desk of the TRC4000 CABRIO C172A Flight Simulator provides comprehensive control of the simulator, including the ability to manipulate the aircraft, weather conditions, aircraft position, simulate engine failures, and more. Additionally, the instructor station includes specialized software that allows for tracking of student progress, including flight recordings, log books, and other metrics for discussion during training sessions. The system can also be equipped with a 65-inch touch screen, enabling full utilization of the TRC Touch Instructor Software. Furthermore, the TRC4000 CABRIO C172A Flight Simulator offers not only the Instructor Station software to control the aircraft, weather, position, and engine failures, but also an Instructor suite to control the gauges, instruments and keep track of student's progress and provide the necessary tools for training progress discussion with students.
